ReflectAI is operated by PremierLEADZ Consulting Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: your email address and a securely hashed version of your password.
• Journal content: entries, goals, and reflections you create inside the app.
• Payment data: transaction records (amount, date, status). We do not store your card details — these are handled entirely by Paystack or Stripe.
• Feedback: any responses you voluntarily submit through the in-app feedback form.
• Usage data: basic, anonymous information such as which features you use, to help us improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your account.
• To deliver the journaling, goals, and AI-powered features you use.
• To process your subscription payments via Paystack or Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (e.g. account confirmation, payment receipts).
• To analyse aggregate, anonymous usage patterns and improve ReflectAI.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
• We do not use your journal entries to train AI models.

3. AI Features

When you use AI-powered features (daily check-ins, weekly insights), your journal content is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a personalised response. This processing is governed by Anthropic's privacy policy. No content is stored by Anthropic beyond what is needed to complete the request.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Railway (railway.app). We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access. However, no system is completely secure — please use a strong, unique password for your account.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal or tax purposes.

6. Your Rights

• Access: you may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: you may ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion: you may request that we delete your account and all associated data.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of ReflectAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
