Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReflectAI, operated by PremierLEADZ Consulting Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria. By creating an account or using ReflectAI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use ReflectAI.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

2. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all journal entries, goals, and content you create in ReflectAI. By using the service, you grant PremierLEADZ Consulting Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ReflectAI for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• Interfere with the security or availability of the service.
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

• ReflectAI offers a free plan and a Pro subscription billed on a monthly basis.
• Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) or USD depending on your payment method.
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack (for Nigerian cards) or Stripe (for international cards). Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to payment processing.
• You will receive a payment receipt by email after each successful charge.

5. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Account settings or by contacting us at georgemangse@gmail.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Pro access until that date.
• We do not offer refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by applicable Nigerian consumer protection law.
• If your payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, your account will revert to the free plan.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep ReflectAI available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time, and will provide reasonable notice of significant disruptions where possible.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us; your data will be removed within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

ReflectAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, PremierLEADZ Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of ReflectAI after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
